Honkai Star Rail is ready to wrap up the Penacony storyline, and leaks suggest the Trailblazer will end things with a bang and will receive new abilities by tapping into The Harmony.

Harmony Trailblazer expected release date in Honkai Star Rail
The Harmony Trailblazer is expected to debut on May 8, 2024, in Honkai Star Rail. That’s the date the 2.2 update will arrive in the game, which means players will have to finish the Penacony storyline to unlock this new Path for the Trailblazer.
Harmony Trailblazer leaked abilities
While HoYoverse is keeping the Harmony Trailblazer under wraps for now, we know what their kit looks like in Honkai Star Rail, thanks to leaks:
- Swing Dance Etiquette (Basic ATK) – Deals minor Imaginary DMG to a single-target enemy.
- Halftime to Make It Rain (Skill) – Deals Imaginary DMG to a single enemy and deals DMG for 4 extra times, dealing the same amount of DMG to a random enemy each time.
- All-Out Footlight Parade (Ultimate) – Applies the Backup Dancer effect to all allies for 3 turns. Decreases its duration by 1 turn at the start of Trailblazer’s turn. Allies with Backup Dancer increase their Break Effect by 37.5%. When they attack enemy targets that are in the Weakness Broken state, they will convert the Toughness-Reducing DMG of this attack to Super Break DMG 1 time.
- Full-on Aerial Dance (Talent) – The Trailblazer immediately regenerates 13 Energy when an enemy target’s Weakness is Broken.
- Now! I’m the Band! (Technique) – After using the Technique, at the start of the next battle, all allies’ Break Effect increases by 30% for 2 turns.
Leaks suggest the 2.2 update will add new enemies with more than one Toughness bar, meaning players will need to Break their Weakness many times before they enter the Broken state. In that sense, it seems like the Harmony Trailblazer will thrive thanks to these new abilities.
However, the latest Harmony characters added are much better supports than this one. It seems like the Trailblazer will always prioritize dealing DMG to enemies, no matter what Path they’re on. This is a great way to stay versatile for different team compositions, especially considering you need the main character for many story missions.

- 42x Usurper’s Scheme
- 105x Heavenly Melody
- 42x Conqueror’s Will
- 12x Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster
- 5x Tracks of Destiny

Harmony Trailblazer leaked Eidolons
The Harmony Trailblazer’s Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail also leaked, so here’s what you need to know about them:
- Best Seat in the House (E1) – Recovers 1 Skill Point after using the Skill for the first time in a battle.
- Jailbreaking Rainbowwalk (E2) – At the start of the battle, the Trailblazer’s Energy Regeneration Rate increases by 25% for 3 turns.
- Sanatorium for Rest Notes (E3) – Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
- Dove in Tophat (E4) – Increases the Break Effect of all allies equal to 15% of the Trailblazer’s Break Effect, except the Trailblazer.
- Poem Favors Rhythms of Old (E5) – Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
- Tomorrow, Rest in Spotlight (E6) – Increases the Skill’s additional DMG by 2 hits.
Players will be able to unlock Eidolons by playing through the main story, the same way they unlocked Eidolons for the Destruction and Preservation Trailblazer. It looks like these Eidolons will improve the Trailblazer’s support abilities to make it a viable Harmony character in the game.
