Honkai Star Rail version 1.3 arrived with a banner for Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae but the second phase of the update has replaced it. In this list of all Honkai Star Rail banners, you’ll find everything to know about the current and upcoming character and Light Cone banners in the game.

Games like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail thrive on their banner systems that bring in new Light Cones and characters every three weeks. Depending on their playstyle and team requirements, players can spend their valuable Stellar Jade on these banners and hope to get the desired units at the mercy of the gacha mechanics.

The third major update for Honkai Star Rail has entered its second phase and we now have a new set of banners. This means that you can no longer enjoy the boosted drop rate for the likes of Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, Yukong, Asta, and March 7th.

Here’s everything to know about the new banners that have arrived with the second phase of Honkai Star Rail version 1.3.

You can find three four-star characters and one five-star character in Honkai Star Rail banners.

Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold is the current character banner in Honkai Star Rail, in which the following characters will have a boosted drop rate:

  • Fu Xuan (Quantum and The Preservation): Five-star
  • Hook (Fire and The Destruction): Four-star
  • Pela (Ice and The Nihility): Four-star
  • Lynx (Quantum and The Abundance): Four-star

Current Honkai Star Rail Light Cone banner

Light Cone banners remain live for three weeks in Honkai Star Rail.

The following Light Cones have a boosted drop rate in the current Light Cone event warp in Honkai Star Rail:

  • She Already Shut Her Eyes: Five-star for Path of The Preservation
  • Perfect Timing: Four-star for The Abundance
  • Under the Blue Sky: Four-star for The Destruction
  • Trend of the Universal Market: Four-star for The Preservation

When does the current banner end in Honkai Star Rail?

Both Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold, and the Brilliant Fixation banners will leave Honkai Star Rail on October 10, 2023. They were released on September 20, 2023, and will be replaced by new banners in three weeks.

What is the next Honkai Star Rail banner?

Honkai Star Rail leaks suggest that the 1.4 update will bring in Jingliu’s and Topaz’s banners on October 10, 2023, and October 31, 2023, respectively. Leakers have also revealed the four-star characters that’ll be featured in Jingliu’s and Topaz’s banners, but we recommend taking them with a grain of salt:

  • Jingliu (Ice and The Destruction): Five-star
  • Tingyun (Lightning and The Harmony): Four-star
  • Sampo (Wind and The Nihility): Four-star
  • Qingque (Quantum and The Eridition): Four-star

  • Topaz ( Fire and The Hunt): Five-star
  • Guinaifen (Fire and The Nihility): Four-star

As for the next Light Cone banners, they will feature Jingliu’s and Topaz’s signature five-star weapons. The four-star Light Cones with a boosted drop rate are unknown at the moment.

Permanent banner in Honkai Star Rail

Honkai Star Rail has a permanent banner called Stellar Warp that includes all Light Cones and characters that aren’t featured in the event/temporary banners.

The five-star characters in the Stellar Warp banner include:

  • Gepard
  • Himeko
  • Welt
  • Yanqing

The five-star Light Cones in the Stellar Warp banner include:

  • Something Irreplaceable

Departure Warp banner in Honkai Star Rail

Honkai Star Rail has a special Departure Warp banner that allows beginners to warp 50 times. It costs regular Star Passes and you can Warp 10 times for the price of 8. You’re also guaranteed a five-star character within the 50 Warps following which the banner disappears from the game.
