Honkai Star Rail 1.4 update banners

HoYoverse confirmed Jingliu, Topaz, and Guinaifen will headline the Honkai Star Rail version 1.4 banners.

Jingliu is a five-star Ice element character in the Path of The Destruction, and her banner will also boost Qingque, Sampo, and Tingyun. Topaz is another five-star character. She’s a Fire character in the Path of The Hunt, and her banner will also boost Sushang, Luka, and Guinaifen.

Lastly, Guinaifen is a four-star Fire character in the Path of The Nihility, and she’s featured alongside Topaz in Honkai Star Rail version 1.4 update promo images.

Honkai Star Rail 1.4 Light Cones

Honkai Star Rail players will be able to get two brand-new Light Cones thanks to update 1.4 of HoYoverse’s RPG. Additionally, Seele’s signature Light Cone, In the Night, will also be boosted with the latest update.

Jingliu will debut alongside her own Light Cone called I Shall Be My Own Sword, while Topaz will do the same with the one named Worrisome, Blissful. We’ll update this section once their official descriptions and effects are revealed.

Honkai Star Rail new Trailblaze & Companion Mission

After an update with little to no new content in terms of the main storyline, Honkai Star Rail will add a new Trailblaze Mission alongside a new Companion quest with update 1.4. Trailblaze Missions are the main storyline of HoYoverse’s RPG, and HoYoverse hinted the next one will involve the IPC and the players going back to Belobog.

The official description teases: “On the eve of Belobog’s Solwarm Festival, a messenger from the Interastral Peace Corporation arrives at Belobog. “This messenger is none other than Topaz. What’s more, rumors also suggest Argenti may debut as a new boss before he becomes a playable character with update 1.5 or 1.6.

The official trailer for the new update reveals a bit more about what’s coming:

On the other hand, the arrival of Jingliu as a playable character will also add her Companion Mission titled “Clouds Leave No Trace.” While there aren’t many details surrounding this particular quest, the official description teased a mysterious character is looking to make contact with Dan Heng.

Honkai Star Rail 1.4 events

HoYoverse have also revealed some of the events that players will be able to tackle with Honkai Star Rail 1.4 update. Here’s a rundown of every event players can expect:

Gift of Odyssey

A new edition of Gift of Odyssey will arrive with version 1.4, giving players the chance to claim 10 Star Rail Special Passes just by logging into the game for seven days. These Star Rail Passes are the ones needed to pull characters from limited-time banners, so don’t miss your chance.

Aetherium Wars

In Honkai Star Rail’s universe, Aetherium Wars is the name of the most popular online gaming brand. During update 1.4, players will be able to participate in an offline Interastral Tournament Festival held in Jarilo-VI. Players that complete missions and defeat opponents will be able to claim many different rewards.

Planar Infinity

Players will help Herta fix the Simulated Universe after she and her colleagues altered the code and made it expand itself indefinitely. The event will include daily objectives, giving players many enticing rewards along the way.

Additionally, two returning events will boost drops on version 1.4 of Honkai Star Rail:

  • The Planar Fissure event will double Planar Ormanet drops in the Simulated Universe.
  • The Realm of the Strange event will double the rewards for completing Caverns of Corrosion.

Honkai Star Rail 1.4 March 7th skin

Reliable leakers anticipate that March 7th will receive a new skin with the Honkai Star Rail version 1.4 update. While it won’t be a huge change, and it will maintain the same color palette, this will mark the first alternative skin for a playable character. Players expect many more will arrive with future updates.

March 7th‘s Companion Mission, titled Total Recall, was added with update 1.3, and her storyline has a lot of potential, meaning we could see more than just a new skin for her in the coming updates.

Of course, this haven’t been confirmed by HoYoverse yet, so we recommend you take this information with a pinch of salt for now.
