While Honkai Star Rail players enjoy everything new that arrived with the version 1.6 update, HoYoverse is ready for what’s next. Leaks, rumors, and a couple of official announcements already showed a glimpse of what’s coming with update 2.0, which will take players to a new planet to continue their adventure.
Of course, there’s no Honkai Star Rail update without a wave of new characters, and players are excited to welcome Misha to the game. So, without further ado, here’s everything you need to know about Misha, a new four-star character, including leaked abilities and more.
Who is Misha in Honkai Star Rail?
Misha is officially described as a “lovable and thoughtful bellboy of The Reverie Hotel,” a new location players will reach on update 2.0 when the next chapter in the main quest takes them to Penacony.
Misha’s description also teases that “he wishes to become an intergalactic adventurer like his grandfather,” and some promotional images show him receiving a ticket to the Astral Express. Many players believe he’ll become part of the crew alongside the Trailblazer, March 7th, and the others. HoYoverse haven’t confirmed any of this yet, but we’ll keep you updated.
Does Misha have a release date in Honkai Star Rail?
No, HoYoverse haven’t confirmed Misha’s release date in Honkai Star Rail yet. Leaks suggest the four-star character will debut with the version 2.0 update, so we can expect official details soon, probably before the 1.6 update ends.
Misha’s leaked abilities in Honkai Star Rail
Thanks to his official character card, we know that Misha is a four-star Ice element character in the Path of The Destruction. This means he can deal massive damage to both single-enemy and AoE targets. The element and Path are shared with Jingliu, one of the most powerful five-star characters in the game.
According to reliable leaks, here are all of Misha’s abilities in Honkai Star Rail:
- Basic ATK – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy target.
- Skill – Enables Misha’s next Ultimate to strike one more time. Deals Ice DMG to an enemy and additional Ice DMG to adjacent units.
- Ultimate – Misha’s Ultimate strikes 3 times by default. Misha strikes the target enemy and deals Ice DMG. Then, strikes random enemies multiple times. Each hit has a 20% chance to Freeze de enemy target for 1 turn. Misha’s Ultimate can strike up to 10 times. After using this ability, the number of hits is restored to the default amount.
- Talent – Whenever an ally consumes a Skill Point, Misha’s next Ultimate strikes 1 more time and Misha regenerates 2 Energy.
- Technique – Creates a dimension for 15 seconds. Enemies caught in it are affected by Dream Prison and stop all their actions. Upon entering battle against these enemies, Misha’s next Ultimate strikes 2 more times.
As you can see, Misha’s Skill and Ultimate are the Traces you’ll want to level up first. Most of his firepower seems to rely on those abilities. Also, pairing him with characters that can consume more than one Skill Point with their abilities might be an interesting strategy.
It’s worth noting that while leaks have been reliable in the past, HoYoverse might still change some of Misha’s abilities before he’s officially released in Honkai Star Rail.
