The Season 5 Reloaded update introduced new buffs and nerfs to Warzone’s weapons shifting the close-range meta in the game, so pro player IceManIsaac revealed the ultimate Battle Rifle loadout that outshines the actual SMGs meta.

Warzone 2’s Season 5 Reloaded brought a lot of new content to the game for players to explore, including brand-new weaponry, like the Lachmann Shorud SMG, 9mm Daemon Pistol, and Pickaxe Melee, fresh game modes, and more.

Moreover, the most recent update also introduced changes to various guns, including buffs and nerfs, creating uncertainty among players in determining which weapons are currently the most effective within the game.

Luckily, Warzone pro IceManIsaac has shared the best Lachmann-762 Battle Rifle close-range loadout to quickly eliminate opponents, which outshines the ISO 45 and Lachmann Sub meta.

To kick off IceManIsaac’s close-range Lachmann-762 loadout for Warzone 2 Season 5 Reloaded, he chose the LM Aurora 90 Barrel to improve damage range, aim down sight, and movement speed, making the gun “feel like an SMG,” despite being a Battle Rifle.

Then, he opted for the FSS OLE-V Laser and TY-LR8 Muzzle to further enhance the ADS, aiming stability, and sprint-to-fire speeds, plus adding horizontal recoil control. Combined with the LMK64 Rear Grip, which helps even more with the sprint-to-fire and ADS speeds, it allows you to feel “as snappy” with the gun.

Finally, he picked the 30 Round Mag to avoid running out of bullets quickly. Furthermore, the creator thinks this Magazine does “as much damage as the Lachmann Sub and ISO 45 Round,” allowing you to avoid “sacrificing a lot of movement speed.”
