How to get the Scorcher in MW3 Zombies

To get the Scorcher in MW3 Zombies, players will either need to get it in the Mystery Box or as a Rift Reward after completing a High Threat Zone Contract or the Legacy Fortress.

You can either get the Scorcher as a reward or you’ll get it in a Weapon Case, which will allow you to exfil with it and use it in a different match. If you exfil while using the Scorcher in one of your weapon slots, you will get bonus XP for extracting with it, but it will be destroyed and you’ll have to get it again in the next match.

How does the Scorcher work in MW3 Zombies?

The Scorcher is a Wonder Weapon in MW3 Zombies with infinite ammo that has a charged shot and single shot. Both shoot a powerful red laser beam, but the charged shot leaves a beam that lasts for some time, damaging and killing zombies that are in its vicinity.

You can also use the Scorcher as a mobility tool, as holding down the L2/LT button (aim down sight button) will see you charge up the weapon and launch you directly up into the air to redeploy. You can then parachute to break your fall and relocate away from zombies or to high ground. This gives the Scorcher an added use of mobility, making it even greater.

The Scorcher is pretty big and slow, but it’s extremely powerful for killing huge trains of zombies, so it’s best to run around and build up the hoard before unleashing its power. The ammunition for the weapon recharges pretty quickly, so don’t be afraid to use it.

Yes, you can Pack-A-Punch the Scorcher Wonder Weapon in MW3 Zombies. In fact, you will need to Pack-A-Punch the Scorcher at least three times for it to be as powerful as it can be in the High Threat Zone, otherwise, it can be pretty underwhelming.
