A new teaser released by Respawn Entertainment for Apex Legends has possibly hinted at the setting and location for the battle royale’s next map.

Apex Legends Season 13 will soon deliver its final event with the Gaiden Thematic Event set to be released along with the return of the Armed and Dangerous LTM.

Despite the content in Season 13, Apex viewership and popularity has taken a dip recently, and perhaps a new season of content is exactly what players need.

With that being said, it seems Respawn have begun teasing Season 14 content, with a video hinting at the location and setting for a brand-new map.

Seer Apex Legends

On July 13, the Apex Legends Twitter page posted a new video with Seer, which is very fitting considering his strong pick rate in the 2022 ALGS Championship along with Valkyrie.

The video shows an interview with Seer, hosted by Lisa Stone, a female news reporter in the Apex Legends universe.

While the interview starts off very friendly and relaxed, it quickly becomes tense when Lisa Stone mentions Seer’s home planet, Boreas, and his curse. Seer’s eyes are cursed and are said to be deadly, causing the “destruction of Boreas’s moon.”

Seer claims that this is a “fable,” but Lisa goes on to explain how the moon’s destruction has caused poor living conditions on Boreas, and that the inhabitants blame Seer for the disaster.

This isn’t the first time we have heard of Boreas’ moon, as Lifeline’s Clinic shows magazines that reference the moon. Further, previous leaks have suggested that the next battle royale map will take players to a moon and could arrive as early as Season 14.

With that being said, perhaps Respawn are dropping hints about this now, and this new Lisa Stone interview is just the beginning.

We’ll have to wait and see, but for more make sure you check out why the devs won’t add an “anti-scan” Legend to the game.
