Apex Legends Season 19 release date

The Apex Legends Season 19 update will arrive on October 31, 2023, at around 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 5 PM GMT.

Respawn shared the date along with their launch trailer for Season 19, which they are calling Ignite.

Apex Legends Season 19 Legend: Conduit

The new Legend arriving in Apex Legends Season 19 will be Conduit, a young woman of Filipino descent who created a powerful suit with abilities from a broken-down Titan. The same Titan actually saved her life during the Frontier War when she was younger, and her abilities revolve around giving and damaging shields.

  • Passive – Savior’s Speed
    • Gain a burst of speed when running toward a teammate out of Tactical range.
  • Tactical – Radiant Transfer
    • Sends a surge of energy to a teammate, generating temporary shields for them and Conduit when in danger.
  • Ultimate – Energy Barricade
    • Deploy an array of shield-jamming devices that damage and slow enemies.

Storm Point Map changes in Apex Legends Season 19

Cross-progression arrives in Apex Legends Season 19

The new Apex Legends season also brings a long-requested feature to the game in cross-progression. This will allow players to merge all of their accounts across platforms into one “master account,” meaning their progression and inventory will carry over to any platform they decide to play on.

Apex Legends Season 19 ranked changes

Apex Legends’ Ranked Leagues is also getting a few tweaks and new additions in Season 19, as the devs have learned from the experience in Season 18.

Starting in Season 19, players will have to complete Promotional Trials once they reach the top of their current rank division in order to progress to the next. For example, to get from Silver to Gold, you may have to win in the next five matches, place in the top 10 and get a certain amount of kills in a match. Once you complete the limited set of challenges, you will progress to the next rank.

If you do not complete them, you will be punished and pushed back slightly. The higher your rank, the harder you’ll fall for not completing the challenges. This is to prevent passive climbing and make it more challenging for players to rank up instead of just the amount they play.

There are also some other changes such as more bonuses, less LP drop after provisional, and the removal of ranked party restrictions.
