Where to find Unsullied Hearts in V Rising?

Unsullied Hearts can be obtained by farming high-level enemies or certain V Blood Carriers in V Rising. The best way to track enemies that can potentially drop Unsullied Hearts is by building a Blood Altar (10x Blood Essence, 180x Stone), and tracking which enemies they are ready to face.

Keep in mind that you’ll unlock the Blood Altar blueprint after you’ve completed the “Getting Ready for the Hunt” quest.

If you’re looking to farm Unsullied Hearts during V Rising early game, you can go to Dunley Farms, or focus on these three bosses:
