Fort Narith commander will most likely spawn at the Headquarters.

You can find the Fort Narith Commander in the Headquarters area of Fort Narith in Gray Zone Warfare. However, keep in mind that there have been rare instances where the boss has spawned in other areas of the base, and also more than once at the same time.

You can spot the commander out amidst the other enemies by noticing his gun, which will be a suppressed AK-74M with an Elcan-Specter sight. Additionally, he will also have a black Beret, a Pantsir 2.0 vest, and green Aviators.

You might want to clear the entire area either way for the loot, but keep in mind that just killing the boss will be enough to complete the task. Once you are done, simply report back to Turncoat in base camp.
