Diablo 4 Season 2 brings plenty of new quests for the players to take on and the Battle of Fear and Faith is one of the less complicated ones in the game. You can get several attractive rewards in it, so here’s how to complete it in Diablo 4 Season 2.

Diablo 4 Season 2 has already seen some of the best builds of the game, as the new quests and bosses have given the players enough opportunities to farm Uniques and attractive gear. With the new Vampiric Powers getting involved in builds, characters have become more powerful than ever before.

You can’t ignore the quests if you want to get the best loot in the game, especially not a quest like Battle of Fear and Faith. This is regarded as one of the most rewarding quests in Season of Blood and is mandatory if you wish to complete the storyline.

Here’s how to complete the Battle of Fear and Faith quest in Diablo 4 Season 2.

How to complete Diablo 4 Battle of Fear and Faith quest

You will have to stop the Blood Harvest and complete Chapter 3 to successfully finish the Battle of Fear and Faith quest in Diablo 4. To begin the quest, make sure that you have completed the sixth quest, Wolves at the Door, and then talk to Erys in Kyovashad.

Once you have spoken to her, she will give you two tasks — seek out and stop the Blood Harvest, and complete Chapter 3 of the Season Journey. It should be kept in mind that you might encounter a possible bug here, as completing one of these objectives is enough to finish the quest.

If you encounter this bug, make sure to stop the blood harvest first as it is much faster and easier than the second objective in the Battle of Fear and Faith quest in Diablo 4.

Stopping the Blood Harvest

To start off with the Battle of Fear and Faith quest, you can easily head to the location of the Blood Harvest in Diablo 4 as it will indicated as a green area on the map. Once you are at the location, you will have to complete these objectives to stop the Blood harvest:

  1. Offer 15 Blood Lures at a Blood Alter to summon Blood Seekers
  2. Free all the prisoners involved in the ritual
  3. Destroy the Monument of Bones and lay their souls to rest
  4. Burn all the Corpse Piles
  5. Finally, complete the Tree of Whispers’ tasks

Due to the bug, many players have completed the quest just by doing this one simple objective. However, if the bug is patched or does not work for you, don’t worry as here’s how to complete the second objective.

Completing Chapter 3 of the Season Journey

This is the tedious portion of the Battle of Fear and Faith quest in Diablo 4 as you will have to complete a separate set of objectives. They are:

  1. Get 5 Caches from the Tree of Whispers.
  2. Win over three Strongholds.
  3. Craft five Elixirs at the Alchemist.
  4. Unlock 16 Aspects by completing Dungeons.
  5. Upgrade your healing potion to Light.
  6. Gain Reputation level three during the Blood Harvest event.
  7. Destroy 7 Blood Blisters during the Blood Harvest event.
  8. Consume Potent Blood and upgrade any Vampiric Power to Level 2.
  9. Defeat 12 Blood Seekers.
  10. Purify 700 Seeds of Hatred.
  11. Open at least one Silent Chest.
  12. Unlock World Tier 3 by completing the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon.
  13. Equip any piece of armor with at least five Pacts.

This portion of the quest can be fairly tedious as there are a lot of objectives to cover. This is why it is best to take full advantage of the bug and stop the Blood Harvest to complete the Battle of Fear and Faith in Diablo 4.
