The Halloween-themed Warzone event The Haunting offers players the chance to grab the Ghoulie animated Mastery camo just by playing.. Given its cost and grind players are wondering, will the Ghoulie camo carry over to MW3?

The Haunting has made a triumphant return to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone bringing with it a huge amount of spooky content for players to enjoy during the Halloween season. These include eerie versions of maps and modes, fresh events, and lots of free rewards.

Among them, Call of Duty also added the free Mastery camo Ghoulie, which showcases a vibrant design that combines shades of green, blue, and violet, reminiscent of a color palette associated with the spooky aura that players can get by grinding out the game.

Given achieving this camo requires a lot of work, players are wondering if it will carry over to Modern Warfare 3, so, here’s everything you need to know about it.

Will the Ghoulie Mastery camo carry over to Modern Warfare 3?

Yes, Warzone and MW2’s Ghoulie Mastery camo will carry over to Modern Warfare 3 and will be available in the game once it releases on November 10, 2023. Keep in mind that the camo will only be available for MW2 weapons.

This will be achievable through the Carry Forward feature, which allows the transfer of selected content from MW2 to be accessible in MW3. Although not all content will be transferred, exclusive items such as the Ghoulie camo will be accessible.

The Ghoulie camo is available via the Soul Capture event within MW2 and Warzone.

To unlock the Ghoulie camo in MW2 and Warzone, you’ll have to get 1,000 Souls in the Soul Capture event during The Haunting. This unlocks the Mastery camo on your account forever, without the need to spend Souls to obtain other rewards first.
