Warzone 2 expert reveals underrated Assault Rifle loadout with “no recoil”

Warzone 2 is packed full of powerful Assault Rifles capable of dishing out big damage at all ranges, and most players have already found their preferred choice. But CoD guru Metaphor has revealed a lesser-used AR with zero recoil in Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded.

Finding the ideal loadout is vital to success in Warzone 2, especially now the devs have finally brought Loadout Drops back. The battle royale sequel has dozens of weapons to choose from and the Assault Rifle category is easily the most popular, as players look for versatility at all ranges.

ARs like the TAQ-56 and Kastov-74u have dominated matches so far, but there are a few underrated gems that are well worth trying out on your next visit to Al Mazrah.

Warzone 2 expert and YouTuber, Metaphor, has shown off a no-recoil M13B loadout that could become the next fan-favorite in Season 1 Reloaded.

The M13B has managed to slip under the radar since it arrived in Warzone 2, partly because it can only be unlocked through DMZ or bought from the store. This means many players haven’t added it to their arsenal, instead focusing on the other weapons in its class.

But as Metaphor explained in his December 21 video, the M13 throwback is well worth running, if you use the right setup.

“It’s pretty hard to get recoil on the M13, but this setup has very good long-range damage and no recoil at all,” he said describing the loadout. “I was absolutely beaming.”

“I think this gun gets a bad rep, but it’s honestly not a bad gun. If the M13 is something you miss from Warzone 1, I definitely recommend giving this gun a try,” he added.

Metaphor’s “no recoil” M13B Warzone 2 loadout

Muzzle: Harbringer D20
Optic: Cronen Mini Pro
Stock: Bruen R90 Factory
Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity
Magazine: 60 Round Mag

The M13B naturally comes with very little recoil, so Metaphor’s loadout focuses specifically on maximizing damage to make it a monster in mid to long-range fights. The Harbinger D20, in particular, offers a huge boost to the damage range and bullet velocity.

Then, the 5.56 High Velocity Rounds come with another boost to bullet velocity, making it far easier to land shots at a distance. He also added the Bruen R90 Factory for a faster sprint, and to eliminate any remaining recoil altogether.

Finally, he went for the Cronen Mini Pro for a clean Optic that improves accuracy, and 60 Round Mags to deal with multiple enemies before having to reload.
