Overlooked Warzone rifle is a “monster” at all ranges after major buffs
ActivisionWarzone expert Metaphor has revealed his “laser beam” AR loadout that is incredibly strong in the battle royale thanks to recent buffs.
Modern Warfare 3 is set to bring a loadout of new weapons to Warzone once the integration commences along with the game’s first season, but MW2‘s guns will likely still be powerful choices despite the new arsenal.
As the integration gets closer, Warzone players are still figuring out the best weapons and loadouts to use in Season 6 of the BR.
While many continue to use the Lachmann Sub, TAQ-V, and Kastov 762, Warzone expert Metaphor believes he has found an AR loadout with “zero recoil” that’s currently being overlooked by the community.
Currently being outshined by its counterpart, the Kastov 762, Metaphor believes that players are sleeping on the Kastov 545, which, according to the content creator, is now a “monster” thanks to being “overbuffed” in a recent update.
Luckily, Metaphor has shared his loadout for the Kastov 545, which he claims is a “laser beam” that can perform at close, mid, and even long ranges.

- Barrel: IG-K30 406mm
- Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
- Ammunition: 5.45 High Velocity
- Magazine: 45 Round Mag
- Optic: Aim OP-V4
Kicking off Metaphor‘s Kastov 545 loadout for Warzone, the expert has gone for the IG-K30 406mm barrel and the 5.45 High Velocity ammunition to increase damage range and bullet velocity for those fights that just creep out of the mid-range threshold.
To further aid recoil and turn this weapon into a laser beam, Metaphor chooses the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel, which improves the Kasotv 545’s recoil stabilization and aiming idle stability.
Lastly, the 45 Round Mag is essential for Warzone, as it allows you to finish off multiple enemies before needing to reload, while the Aim OP-V4 is the perfect mid-to-long range optic that provides a clear sight to stay locked onto enemies with the Kastov 545.
