Popular Call of Duty content creator and stats expert WhosImmortal has revealed what he believes are the strongest long-range weapons in the game, showing off a meta zero recoil Battle Rifle build everyone should be using.

Warzone 2 has some great long-range choices to pair with close-range weapons such as the Snakeshot Basilisks, the X13 Handgun, and even the new MX Guardian Shotgun. That said, depending on your playstyle, you may want a one-shot Sniper or a fully automatic rifle that can do the business at range.

If you’re looking for a new meta long-range rifle loadout in Warzone 2 that can delete enemies from a distance, as well as perform well at medium ranges too, look no further as popular YouTuber WhosImmortal has you covered.

The TAQ-V Battle Rifle has been a popular pick for some time, but its recoil is a major downside. That said, WhosImmortal’s Season 4 Reloaded build for the TAQ-V is set up for “all-out control,” allowing you to hit more shots and stay on target more easily.

WhosImmortal’s Warzone 2 TAQ-V loadout

  • Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum
  • Rear Grip: FSS Combat Grip
  • Optic: Aim OP-V4

Kicking off WhosImmortal‘s Warzone 2 TAQ-V loadout we have the Sakin Tread-40 muzzle, which is excellent for reducing vertical and horizontal recoil, allowing you to stay on target more effectively.

To help with stability, the FTAC Ripper 56 is a great choice for the underbarrel, while the FSS Combat Grip provides further recoil control.

The 50 Round Drum is essential for Warzone, especially if you’re playing in a squad game mode, as it means you don’t have to worry about reloading before finishing off an enemy.

Lastly, the Aim OP-V4 optic is a pretty standard choice when it comes to sights, but you can always go for something else if you have a preference.

WhosImmortal claims this loadout makes the weapon a little bit more “consistent and predictable,” and states that if you can land your shots with the TAQ-V, then “good luck to that enemy in that gunfight.”
