Baldur’s Gate 3 offers plenty of options to customize each playthrough, but the fan community has also created a huge amount of mods to cater to every experience. Here’s how to get mods for your game and how to install them with the BG3 Mod Manager.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has successfully built a huge community that developed precious mods to tailor each experience in the Forgotten Realms. From hairstyles to changes in the UI, Larian Studios hit a goldmine when allowing players to create their own content for their RPG.

Although the developers enabled native mod support in Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll need to get software called BG3 Mod Manager to correctly install most mods.

Before installing anything to change your game, back up all your saves since a failed installation could corrupt your files. If you’ve already done this, check here how to install the BG3 Mod Manager and start playing Baldur’s Gate 3 with mods.
