Pokemon Scarlet & Violet’s Tera Raid Battles have become a big part of the game, so here’s everything we know about the Cinderace Tera Raid event coming in 2023.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet has already delivered the Charizard Tera Raid Event and an upcoming Tandemaus Tera Raid is also on the cards. These fabulous opportunities have presented players with a dazzling array of awards for successful completion.
The firey theme is set to continue as we head into the new year with 2023 offering Scarlet & Violet players a new Cinderace Tera Raid battle to take part in.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Cinderace Tera Raid Battle start date
Thanks to Serebii, we know that Pokemon Scarlet & Violet’s Cinerace Tera Raid event is gearing up for round two on January 13, 2023. The Cinderace Tera Raid will come to a close a couple of days later on January 15, 2023.
Round one of the event occurred between December 30 and January 1, and players who missed out have a fantastic second opportunity to complete it.
Like the previous event, we’d expect the Cinderace it to begin at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET / 12 AM GMT.

How to beat Cinderace Tera Raid event in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
The Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Cinderace fight will be no joke as it’s set to be another Seven Star fight like Charizard was, and Cinderace will also come with the Mightiest Mark – so it’s going to be a mean fight, and you’ll need a really tough Pokemon to take it down.
This Cinderace has a Fighting Tera Type which means a high-level Azumarill will be a solid choice. Azumarill will resist Pyro Ball and High Jump Kick, all while setting up with Belly Drum and dealing major damage with Play Rough.

Just as with previous Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Raids, if you are able to claim victory in this Raid, we expect the Cinderace fight to reward players, not only with the chance to obtain their own super-powerful Cinderace, but also a litany of rewards ranging from EXP Candies to Evolution Stones to Feathers, and a whole lot more.
