Gimmighoul is a new Ghost-type Pokemon that will appear in Scarlet and Violet, so here’s how to get its alternate Roaming Form.

As the Pokemon Company continue to unveil all of the new Pokemon coming to Scarlet and Violet when the games launch on November 18, players couldn’t help but be mesmerized by Gimmighoul.

Gimmighoul is a Coin Chest Pokemon that will debut in Scarlet and Violet. Interestingly enough, the new Ghost-type will appear in two forms. Gimmighoul’s standard form has it inside a chest of coins, while its Roaming Form sees it ditch the chest for a less cumbersome appearance.

When Gimmighoul is in its Roaming Form, not a single Trainer in Paldea has ever caught it, but according to the Pokemon Company, Pokemon Go Trainers can catch one with ease.

Roaming Form Gimmighoul can be caught in Pokemon Go as the Ghost-type has been spotted in that world. Paldea’s Mr. Jacq and Pokemon Go’s Professor Willow have devised a way to catch the sneaky Roaming Form Gimmighoul.

Unfortunately, Gimmighoul is not yet available in Pokemon Go. The Pokemon Company explained that Trainers would have to “wait for future announcements to hear all about their research results.”

We’ll let you know as soon as Roaming Form Gimmighoul can be caught in Pokemon Go.
