Overwatch 2 is going into it’s tenth season, with more major updates for Competitive coming and a brand new Hero. Each season also brings a Battle Pass which usually gives us an idea of how long it will be.
These dates do tend to change, though, so here’s a breakdown of every Overwatch 2 season’s start and end date.

What season is Overwatch 2 on?
Blizzard EntertainmentOverwatch 2 is currently in Season 9, which got underway on February 13 and is expected to come to an end on April 16.
Although Season 9 didn’t deliver a new Hero, it’s still been packed with content and changes across the board. It introduced the new healing passive to all characters, along with the Cosmic Crisis and Cowboy Bebop events.
How long is every Overwatch 2 season?
As a rule, Overwatch 2 seasons last for around eight weeks. This has been the case for virtually every season to date, giving players about two months to grind the Battle Pass before another content drop.
However, this schedule is not set in stone, so there’s every chance that Blizzard could shake things up or delay an update if it isn’t ready.
