Elio in Honkai Star Rail: Character explained

In Honkai Star Rail lore, Elio is the leader of the Stellaron Hunters, the organization Kafka, Silver Wolf, and Blade are part of. Players get to know a little bit about him during the Xianzhou Luofu storyline when Kafka is captured and interrogated by Fu Xuan.
