In Stardew Valley, you can find Largemouth Bass in the mountain lake or the Wilderness Farm during all seasons. While we recommend you focus on catching it during Spring and Fall, you’ll also have a small chance of getting it during Summer and Winter.

Remember that the best time of the day to catch a Largemouth Bass is from 6 AM to 7 PM, although you can catch it any time if you’re using Magic Bait.

The Mountain Lake is located northeast of your farm.

If you’re not fond of fishing, you can also try your luck while rummaging in Garbage Cans or even buying it at the Traveling Cart for about 300g-100g. If you have enough hearts with Linus, he’ll also send a Largemouth Bass randomly in the mail as a gift.

Item Delivery: At any Season, the “Help Wanted” board will ask you for one Largemouth Bass for a reward of 300g and 150 Friendship points. Also, either Demetrius or Willy will request up to 4 of these for a reward of 100g.
Quests: Jodi will request a Largemouth Bass after you’ve reached 4 Hearts with her.
