Fortnite OG players call out devs as Battle Pass is missing a skin

Fortnite players are having a blast while breaking records and enjoying everything the OG Season has to offer. Before Chapter 5 brings a new era to Epic Games’ battle royale, the OG Season is taking players back to where it all began, with locations, weapons, and features from Chapter 1.
The current season even features a special Battle Pass filled with skins and cosmetics players need to claim before December 2. The OG Pass brought a twist to some classic outfits and even included the customizable Spectra Knight with many different styles. However, many players believe there’s one skin Epic Games should have included in the Battle Pass.
Player ‘Odd-Airline7214’ took to Reddit to express their frustration with Raven Team Leader not being part of the OG Pass. The Reddit user mentioned that the marketing around Fortnite OG seemed to include the Raven Team Leader front and center, but the classic skin is nowhere to be seen.
“Raven Team Leader was shown multiple times as if she’d be in the Battle Pass and was just put in the Item shop for a Single day,” Odd-Airline7214 stated.
Fortnite OG went back to the classic Item Shop format, showcasing classic skins and other revamped outfits for a limited time. Due to the nature of this shorter season, most outfits are available for purchase for no more than 24 hours, and it seems that’s what happened with the fan-favorite Raven Team Leader.
However, the OP’s disappointment comes after Epic Games featured the character in almost every Fortnite OG promo, hinting at a wider availability for the cosmetic item. Other players felt the same way and added, “I agree RTL should have been a Battle pass skin. In fact that was the impression I was getting. But she wasn’t. Unfortunate. But is what it is!”
Many players joined the conversation and agreed that they’d also like having Raven Team Leader on the OG Pass instead of “three different styles for Renegade Lynx.” Another player believes Raven Team Leader was going to be part of the OG Pass but was scrapped during development and replaced with Spectra Knight, which looks like a Fortnite Crew skin more than any other.
While Fortnite players are demanding Epic Games put Raven Team Leader back in the Item Store, others are certain she’ll come back “during the season or right at the end.” There’s still a lot of mystery surrounding the end of Chapter 4 Season 5 and the beginning of Chapter 5, but leaks suggest there’s a big live event coming. We’ll have to wait and see what Epic Games is planning for the rest of Fortnite OG.
