Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 can be expected to begin on the same day i.e. March 8, 2024, with a few hours of downtime in between.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 content
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 comes with tons of new content, including a brand-new map, several gameplay changes, new items, as well as a new Battle Pass for you to progress. You can travel to new POIs such as Reckless Railways and Rebel’s Roost, while wielding a weapon from the several new choices like the Ballistic Shield, Thunder Burst SMG, Ranger Pistol, Grapple Blade, and more.
Some of the biggest new additions with Chapter 5 Season 1 are the five new bosses, the most popular one of which is none other than Peter Griffin from Family Guy. In addition, you can now drive new cars like Rocket League‘s Octane and Jäger 619 within the game.
You’ll also notice some new gameplay changes set Chapter 5 apart, like the addition of a weapon modding system, new physics-based animations for gliders, an overhaul to the healing and revival system, and tons more.
