To skip the Nibelheim quest in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, go to the ‘Bonuses’ section in the main menu and select the ‘Check Saved Data’ option. If you have completed the Nibelheim portion in the demo, selecting this option will grant you the Kupo Charm and Survival Set as rewards, and let you skip the section in the game.

Make sure to check out the Bonuses menu before starting the game.

It’s important to keep in mind that you’ll still have to play through the opening section of the mission before skipping it. This involves exploring Nibelheim as Cloud, climbing the water tower, and more. Shortly after meeting up with Tifa, a prompt asking if you’d like to skip to the village section will pop up.

The skip option lets you move past the entire Mako reactor investigation, saving you at least an hour of gameplay time. So, if you’ve already experienced this section in the demo, it’s well worth skipping it.
