Grinding for items in Final Fantasy games can certainly take time, so anything to speed up the process is welcomed. With FF7 Rebirth, you can secure some save data transfer bonuses if you played 2020’s Remake and even Rebirth’s demo. Here are all of the rewards and how to unlock them.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is the follow-up to FF7 Remake, the PS4 & PC exclusive from 2020. All the Midgar adventures are over, and now Cloud must take on the open world with the rest of Avalanche to find Sephiroth.

If you have played FF7 Remake on the PS4, or its DLC on the PS5, you can obtain some powerful materia for a nice boost when starting Rebirth. The game’s demo will also unlock some freebies, so be sure to check out all you can obtain below.

How to unlock FF7 Rebirth save data rewards

In the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth main menu, you will need to locate the ‘Save Data Bonus’ section to check which bonuses they can redeem. It is still uncertain when you will be able to start using these bonuses, but they can be claimed as soon as you enter the game.

Yuffie Kisaragi is back in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and her adventures’ save data can unlock amazing rewards.

Every save data from previous FF7 Remake entries, and the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo, carry different unlockable bonuses.

Here are all the save data carry-over bonuses in FF7 Rebirth:

Final Fantasy 7 Remake bonus: Leviathan Summon materia.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake INTERmission bonus: Ramuh Summon materia.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth DEMO bonus: Kupo Charm & Survival set.

Once unlocked, you will be able to equip accessories and materia from the game’s main menu. Your open-world adventures will surely be a bit easier if you carry these new items, so be sure to claim them as soon as possible.
