In Starfield, you don’t necessarily need a crazy amount of credits to get decent ships. If you join the Freestar Collective faction and you’re willing to complete their missions, you’ll be able to get a powerful pre-made ship. Here’s everything that you need to do to get the Star Eagle ship in Starfield.

Starfield has a vast galaxy with over 1,000 planets to explore and entire systems to navigate. To do that, you’ll need a good ship that lets you roam around the universe while fending yourself from different enemies. While some vessels can cost lots of Credits, others are included as a reward when completing missions.

The Star Eagle is the ship that the Freestar Rangers will give to every space sheriff who manages to complete their missions. With a high-powered EM weapon and a powerful engine to boot, the Star Eagle is one of the best pre-made ships you can use in Starfield.

Starfield: How to get the Star Eagle Ship

To get your hands on the Star Eagle in Starfield, you first need to join the Freestar Rangers. You can do so while traveling through Akila City, where you can talk to the Marshall of the Freestar Collective. He’ll be standing outside the Galbank and will ask you for some help to deal with a gang robbing the bank.

After helping the Marshall, you’ll be able to join the Freestar Rangers and have free access to complete the following missions to get the Star Eagle ship as a reward:

After finishing all these quests, you’ll get some Freestar Ranger goodies, such as a unique spacesuit, helmet, boost pack, and the Star Eagle ship.

You can fully customize the Star Eagle ship with new modules and weapons.

If you’ve already completed the Freestar Collective faction quest and didn’t get the Star Eagle ship, you can go to a Spaceport Technician and ask them to examine your ships. There, you can set the Star Eagle as your home ship, which will make it appear in the spaceport automatically.
