Mortal Kombat 1 is the latest entry into the iconic franchise created by NetherRealm Studios. The game has a packed roster composed of returning favorites. Mortal Kombat 1 also features a brand-new Kameo fighters mechanic that adds another dimension to every fight.

Playable characters in Mortal Kombat 1 will see an increase with the release of the Kombat Pack DLC. The DLC pack will feature popular characters from pop fiction and some classic MK combatants. The first character that arrived via the DLC is none other than Omni-Man from Amazon Prime’s Invincible.

Omni-Man arrived in Mortal Kombat 1 on November 9, 2023, as part of the early access period for Kombat Pack owners. The Invincible’s protagonist will be available for all players to purchase on November 16, 2023.

His early access release accompanied Invincible’s Season 2 show premiere on November 3, 2023. The imposing fighter is voiced by J.K. Simmons, reprising his role from the TV show. The character’s dialogues in MK1 remain just as frightening as they were in the animated show.

Omni-Man Fatalities in MK1

Omni-Man’s Fatalities in Mortal Kombat 1 have been revealed through multiple gameplay trailers. The latest one showed off bits of gameplay with Omni-Man savagely dispatching Kung Lao and Kenshi. The character brutally battered Kung Lao, while Kenshi was viciously bashed face-first through a train leaving behind a gory mess.

Omni Man’s Fatalities are called Trained Killer and Like Putty, in reference to popular scenes from the TV show that have been faithfully recreated in the game.

How to get Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1

To get Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1, players must own the Kombat Pack DLC. The DLC can be purchased for £34.99/$39.99 as an add-on for the base game. It is also bundled with the game’s Premium and Kollector’s editions.

There’s a slight chance that Omni-Man will be available as a standalone purchase after release, but this remains unconfirmed at the moment of writing.
