NetheRealm Studios is bringing back the iconic fighting game, Mortal Kombat, in dramatic fashion. Mortal Kombat 1 has officially been announced, and it will not only host the classic brutal gameplay fans know and love but also a familiar character roster, as well as some surprises.

Mortal Kombat 1 is set to hit stores on September 19, 2023, or even earlier if you manage to get early access. There will also be a beta for players to get a taste before purchasing.

The Mortal Kombat 1 devs have confirmed that the game will need 100GB of free space to be downloaded on PC. We don’t yet know the exact number for the actual game file size of Mortal Kombat 1, but from this information, we can assume it will be around the 100GB mark.
