Hogwarts Legacy: How to pick your House & choose your wand early

Players are eagerly anticipating the release of Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox One and PS4, but before it’s here, you have a choice to make. Picking your house as you prepare to dive into the magical journey is equally important. Here’s how you can pick your Hogwarts House and very own wand using the Wizarding World quiz.

Hogwarts Legacy will take players back to the wizarding world they know and truly love. Before you fully begin your journey at Hogwarts, the most exciting part is getting sorted into one of the four Houses and picking out your own wand.

Although, we know that it’s the sorting hat who usually has the say while sorting us into the four houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw, players will have control over their own fate. Before the game is here on Xbox One and PS4, you can choose your favorite House, and here’s how you can do it.

How to link the Wizarding World quiz to Hogwarts Legacy for house & wand selection

To get sorted into a house of your choice and select your own wand, simply follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Log in to your Wizarding World account. If you don’t have one yet, create a new account.
2. Complete the Wand Ceremony and Sorting Ceremony quizzes. Once complete, click the copy button to receive an 8-digit code.
3. Head over to the WB Games website and log in to your existing account or make a new one.
4. Once logged in, the website will prompt you to paste your 8-digit code.
5. Doing so will link your Wizarding World account data to your Warner Bros. game account, which will then appear in Hogwarts Legacy.

Players must know that choosing your house early is not a requirement as you still get the opportunity to do so in-game. The sorting hat will appear in Hogwarts Legacy which will allow you to decide the House you’ll belong to.

However, those who do decide to make the choice prior to release will receive a Beaked Skull Mask and a House Fan-atic School Robe as rewards for linking accounts.
