What is the Vivarium in Hogwarts Legacy?

The Vivarium is a location where you can see all the magical beasts that you’ve collected while exploring the school in Hogwarts Legacy. It can be accessed when you visit The Room of Requirement.

You’ll see all sorts of creatures, including some that were prominently featured in the Fantastic Beasts film series like the Nifler and Mooncalf. You can interact with these beasts by feeding or playing with them whenever you visit this area.

Here’s each Viarium upgrade along with the Quests that unlock them:

  • Swamp Vivarium: Complete the “Foal of the Dead” quest.
  • Grassland Meadow Vivarium: Complete the “Phoenix Rising” quest.
  • Coastal Vivarium: Complete “The Plight of the House-Elf” quest.

The fantastic beasts will have plenty of room to roam in this vast open area. You’ll also have the opportunity to furnish the Vivarium with different decorations to make the space even more appealing to you and your beasts.
