MW3 Zombies introduced a new mechanic in the Season 2 Reloaded update, and it is called Containment Levels. By playing and exfiling from Urzikstan, you can earn new rewards, and here’s all you need to know about them.

MW3 Zombies is not short on rewards when it comes to getting new weapon camos or searching for new Schematics in the new Dark Aether Rifts. When entering Urzikstan, players can earn new rewards, but they have to exfil with them to unlock them for their next rounds.

A leak suggested that new rewards for successful exfils were arriving in Modern Warfare 3’s Zombies mode and Season 2 Reloaded brought them into the fray.

Here’s all you need to know about the new Containment Levels in MW3 Zombies Season 2 Reloaded.

MW3 Zombies Containment Levels explained

Containment Levels in MW3 Zombies is a new leveling system based on Exfils from Urzikstan, and players can earn various rewards by advancing through its different Tiers.

These Containment Level rewards can be unlocked and used once you start a new MWZ match and can provide currency, discounts, items, and more.

MW3 Zombies: How to increase Containment Level

To increase your Containment Level in MW3 Zombies, players must complete Contracts and successfully exfil from Urzikstan. The more you complete, and the more you exfil safely from the Zombie-infested Threat Zones, the more EXP you will earn, advancing between the different levels.

Enter the Dark Aether Rifts if you are well prepared, as dying pulls your Containment Level down one Tier.

Each Tier will unlock different rewards, which are obtained when you start a new match. You need to be careful as dying or not exfilling from the map pushes the Containment Level down by one Tier.

All MW3 Zombies Containment Level rewards

MW3 Zombies’ Season 2 Reloaded update has 10 different Containment Level Tiers and rewards available.

  • Tier 1 – Start with 500 Essence
  • Tier 2 – Start with five Armor Plates
  • Tier 3 – Start with 1,000 Essence
  • Tier 4 – Perk-a-Cola machine 30 percent discount
  • Tier 5 – Start with 1,500 Essence
  • Tier 6 – 30 percent Essence bonus for Contracts
  • Tier 7 – Start with 2,500 Essence
  • Tier 8 – Mystery Box 50 percent discount
  • Tier 9 – Start with 5,000 Essence
  • Tier 10 – Pack-a-Punch 20 percent discount

The new dynamic system rewards successful exfils and completed contracts but will penalize those who don’t play their cards right. This new system is great for saving time and Essence farming, as all Urzikstan incursions last only 60 minutes.
