You can craft weapons in Wuthering Waves by visiting Uncle Wei’s shop in Jinzhou City. He’s located just northwest of the Synthesizer.
Uncle Wei also sells materials that you can use to Ascend your weapons to a stronger level cap, although these seem to be exhaustible at the moment.
You can craft 3 and 4-star weapons with Scarletthorn Ore at Uncle Wei’s shop, you just need to make sure you have all the materials you need before you do so.
Chixia and Danjin are some of the best characters to use with Pistols and Swords respectively, but make sure to experiment with all the best characters in Wuthering Waves as some perform better with certain weapons than others.
