Diablo 4 Crushed Beast Bones: How to make Light Healing Potions

Surviving in Diablo 4 is a difficult task, and you’ll need every upgrade you can get to face every challenge in Sanctuary. Crushed Beast Bones will help you to improve your Healing Potions, although they can be a little bit tricky to find. Here’s how to get Crushed Beast Bones in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 Season of the Construct is filled with new horrors, and wanderers will need the best equipment to face every endgame challenge. Besides getting Unique Items and Legendary Aspects, players have to make sure to carry potions and elixirs that can help them get out of tricky situations.

While leveling up and finding the best character build will give players an advantage, they’ll no doubt need to rely on Healing Potions from time to time. Players can also upgrade to Light Healing Potions for even better effects, but for this, they’ll need Crushed Beast Bones.

Here’s how to get Crushed Beast Bones in Diablo 4, and how to use them to make Light Healing Potions.

How to get Crushed Beast Bones in Diablo 4

Crushed Beast Bones are looted from creatures and beasts defeated in Diablo 4’s open world. While roaming the overworld, any dangerous animals you run into have a chance of dropping Crushed Beast Bones, so be sure to collect the loot after each fight.

Unfortunately, not every creature will drop the resource you need and there’s no way to guarantee that you’ll be rewarded with Crushed Beast Bones. That being said, given the number of enemies roaming Sanctuary, you should be able to stock up in no time.

Best ways to farm Crushed Beast Bones in Diablo 4

The most reliable source of Crushed Beast Bones in Diablo 4 is defeating Gaspar Stilbian, found in the Highland Wilds of Scosglen. This high-level, yet relatively easy enemy is guaranteed to drop five Crushed Beast Bones, rather than the one from regular beasts in the wild.

Simply head north from Fractured Peaks and into the north of Scosglen, and you’ll find the creature hiding next to a Healing Altar. Use the red marker on the map below to find your way:

Aside from slaying Gaspar Stilbian, there are certain areas that appear to have a higher drop rate when it comes to finding Crushed Beast Bones in chests. Check them out below:

  • Frosty Mine (Sarkova Pass)
  • Disturbed Grave (Kyovashad)
  • Flooded Mine (Margrave)

If you’re having no luck by simply killing creatures out in the wild, we recommend heading to any of these locations to better your chances.

How to unlock Light Healing Potions in Diablo 4

Diablo 4 players can upgrade to Light Healing Potions by visiting The Alchemist after reaching level 30. The Alchemist can be found in Kyovashad, assuming that you’ve completed the Priority Quest given at level 10 to go and find the NPC.

Once you’ve tracked them down, you can make Light Healing Potions in Diablo 4 by exchanging the following items:

  • Gallowvine x20
  • Biteberry x10
  • Crushed Beast Bones x5
  • 470 gold

Light Healing Potions offer much more powerful effects compared to the Minor Healing Potions unlocked before them, restoring 141 health right away as well as 35% of your maximum life over the next three seconds.

We recommend unlocking this upgrade right away, as Moderate Healing Potions aren’t available until level 45.
