Horrifying enemies spawn throughout Al Mazrah in Operation Nightmare.

Warzone’s Operation Nightmare event brings horrors from the Diablo universe to Al Mazrah, and eliminating these hostiles will grant rewards in both Call of Duty and Diablo 4. The Haunting event will end on November 6, 2023, and Operation Nightmare will end with it.

These anomalies will be marked on your Tac-Map so be sure to visit them and complete the objectives, and you’ll be able to claim Calling Cards and the Bloody Mess BAS-P Blueprint. Taking the portal to the Butcher’s realm and defeating the boss will grant you The Butcher’s Meat Hook in Diablo 4.
