Warzone 2 guru reveals “max speed” SMG loadout after movement buffs

For those who like to use speed as their advantage in Warzone 2, content creator Metaphor has revealed his new Season 3 SMG build which is great for movement.

Warzone 2 Season 3 not only introduced players to some new weapons, but it also tweaked the game’s arsenal through various buffs and nerfs, shifting the meta yet again.

As well as this, the devs also decided it was time to adjust the game’s movement with some changes, increasing slide speed and buffing various attachments to favor movement.

According to Warzone 2 expert Metaphor, these changes have influenced the movement meta, claiming to have built a “max speed” SMG loadout that takes advantage of the new changes.

After testing a lot of the Warzone 2 movement changes made to “attachments on guns,” Metaphor believes he has found a “crazy” VEL 46 MP7 build that uses an attachment which grants an “insane movement benefit.”

For Metaphor‘s movement VEL 46 loadout in Warzone 2 Season 3, the most important attachment is the 30 Round Magazine, which may seem like an odd choice to many considering the base capacity is 40. However, the reason this is so important is that it provides the most benefit when it comes to speed, increasing movement, aim-down-sight, and sprint-to-fire speeds.

While only having 30 rounds makes the weapon harder to use in certain modes, Metaphor claims it’s viable in Solos and Duos, and the sheer benefit you gain in terms of movement outweighs the negative.

Next up, the VLK LZR 7MW and Demo RXT Stock further aid the weapon’s movement, increasing crouch movement, sprint, sprint-to-fire, and aim-down-sight speeds.

To balance the weapon’s recoil out after choosing attachments that benefit speed, the ZLR Combat Grip provides some much-needed recoil control, which is essential for those gunfights that just edge out of the weapon’s range.

The 4.6mm Overpressured P+ ammunition will inflict opponents with increased flinch, making it harder for them to hit you and therefore easier for you to take them out.
