CoD 2023 leak reveals Modern Warfare 3 weapons: All guns so far

Call of Duty 2023 is on the way, and leaks surrounding the game, reported to be titled Modern Warfare 3, are coming in fast. Following claims that the classic minimap and Ninja Perk return, several weapons appear to have been leaked.

Although Modern Warfare 2 was reported to have a two-year cycle, Call of Duty 2023 will be a fully-fledged release. Sledgehammer Games are expected to return with Modern Warfare 3, which builds on Modern Warfare 2’s foundation with classic maps and a continuation of the campaign.

Leakers have claimed that the classic minimap, the Ninja Perk, and World War II’s War mode will all be making a return, and now a handful of weapons have been leaked. There is a mix of classic and new weapons shown in these leaks, so here’s every Modern Warfare 3 weapon leaked so far.

Every leaked Modern Warfare 3 weapon

Call of Duty dataminers and leakers such as ‘CoD_Perseus’ and ‘Task Force Leakers 141’ have been sharing screenshots of what appears to be Modern Warfare 3’s internal alpha. While the UI is almost identical to Modern Warfare 2, the weapons and color scheme are different.

Classic Call of Duty weapons such as the AK, SCAR-H, MP5, Uzi, Striker 45, and Raffica feature in these leaks but are under new names for the most part.

These weapons have a red Modern Warfare logo in the corner, which is expected to be MW3’s logo. This could be in preparation for their integration into Warzone alongside Modern Warfare 2’s weapons, with the logo signifying the game.

Plus, Modern Warfare 2’s TAQ-V has been spotted in these leaked images, perhaps meaning that weapons will carry over.

It also appears the weapon Platforms feature from Modern Warfare 2 could return, with weapons featuring similar acronyms, such as MTZ and KVB/KVS. However, they could be kept entirely separate.

After the Season 5 update dropped, a new leaked MW3 weapons list surfaced, and user Much_Draft_2778 on Reddit transcripted and detailed every weapon’s codename.

All new guns were included in the list that appears at the top of this article.

Of course, CoD 2023 hasn’t been officially revealed yet, so take all of these leaks with a pinch of salt. Even if these leaks are accurate now, there’s plenty of time for things to change behind the scenes.

Modern Warfare 3 is reported to be revealed in August, with a reveal event found inside Warzone’s game files.
