Players must hold on to the platform as long as possible and earn as many points as they can.

Power Shift is a brand-new 5v5 game mode set to arrive in The Finals Season 2, where two teams will battle to control a moving platform to earn points.

The mode’s platform will be capable of tearing apart any structure on its way and will allow players to use their Specializations or Gadgets to hold its control. Different from other modes, The Finals players will be able to switch between Light, Medium, and Heavy builds to boost the competition.

Embark Studios haven’t provided additional information on whether this mode will replace existing ones or if it will be exclusive to Season 2. But we’ll be sure to update this piece with any new official information about the mode as we approach the release of Season 2.
