Ubisoft has left the traditional setting of the mainland United States behind for The Crew Motorfest, the racer is instead set in the small but dense Hawaii archipelago of O’ahu. Here’s how big it exactly is, as well as how it fares compared to other entries in the series.

The Crew games historically flaunted ridiculously large open worlds, one that could easily take more than an hour to travel coast to coast. For The Crew Motorfest, Ivory Tower has trimmed down the scale heavily, in a bid to create a more focused and detailed world.

It still has a massive amount of content elsewhere, with over 600 vehicles from cars to boats and planes, and a campaign with 15 Playlists, each with 5-7 races, and more will be added in the upcoming updates

Even though The Crew Motorfest doesn’t have an absurdly big open world, just how big is it exactly? Here’s all we know about The Crew Motorfest’s map size.

The Crew Motorfest map size

The Crew Motorfest map size is significantly smaller than previous The Crew games and more comparable to the Forza Horizon series. Below is the official full map, as well as a comparison with The Crew 2 and Forza Horizon.

While the previous two games would take you around an hour to go from coast to coast, The Crew Motorfest should take you around 10 minutes.

Of course, mileage varies depending on your skill and speed, but that should give you an idea of scale. Although it does not compete in sheer size with previous titles, there is a lot of diversity with cityscapes, tropical forests, beaches, and volcanos.
