Starfield player greeted by bizarre dancing aliens after landing on new planet

A Starfield player recorded what seemed like a group of aliens all dancing together at the same time, which was most likely just a funny bug.

Starfield‘s massive galaxy is host to countless different planets, many of which are full of life. You might be partaking in quests on these planets, and the flora and fauna themselves can be interesting to observe, as they may sometimes display some weird quirks. They have a tendency to act like the in-game NPCs, who are infamous for some hysterically glitchy encounters.

Bethesda are renowned for hilarious bugs, and Starfield also has its fair share of them. The game has been mostly free of glitches, and the ones that remain are usually harmless.

One such bug, discovered by Redditor Im_Actually_An_Alien, involves aliens seemingly dancing in sync. They posted a video showing four aliens doing a dance-like movement all at the same time.

As one Redditor pointed out, “one of them was a lil off tempo but he’s doing his best.” What looks like a well-synchronized dance, is merely a coincidence, as all the aliens were locked in the same animation.

Another user commented, “so I started blasting,” to which the OP replied that it’s exactly what happened following the hilarious encounter.

Many Starfield players added their comments, mentioning how they’ve had the same bug happen to them. One comment read, “It’s not a glitch. I had something similar happen with some grey piggy looking fellas. About 12 of them were all singing to me in sync.”

Some of Starfield’s aliens are supposed to show off a threat display, but the fact they’re all in sync is very likely a bug.
