How to evolve Hisuian Qwilfish into Overqwil in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Once you capture Hisuian Qwilfish in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC, you can evolve it into Overqwil by teaching it the move Barb Barrage and leveling up.

Hisuian Qwilfish learns this move when it reaches level 28, but since you’ll probably catch a high-level one in the Terarium, you might have to teach it again. Luckily, you won’t need to find a special NPC since you can do this through Qwilfish’s summary page, by accesing the Moves tab. Once you do it, level it up with battle XP or a Rare Candy, and you’ll get Overqwil to keep completing your Pokedex.
