Pokemon Go’s Festival of Lights event has gone live, and players can get enticing rewards by completing a new Timed Research. We’ll cover everything you need to know about the Festival of Lights Timed Research.

Pokemon Go is wrapping up one of its most well-liked seasons this year, but players still have a lot to discover thanks to events, new features, and more. The Festival of Lights 2023 event is rolling up in different regions, giving players the chance to catch the debuting Tadbulb.

While many want to add Bellibolt to their teams, others are also looking forward to the rewards that come after completing different event-themed Research.

Here are all the Festival of Lights Timed Research tasks and rewards to get a new event-themed T-Shirt for your Pokemon Go avatar.

All Festival of Lights Timed Research tasks & rewards in Pokemon Go

Here are all of the Festival of Lights Timed Research tasks and rewards in Pokemon Go:

  • Spin 30 PokeStopsIncense
  • Catch 30 Electric-type PokemonHisuian Voltorb encounter
  • Catch 30 Fire-type Pokemon – Hisuian Growlithe encounter
  • Explore 5 km – Tadbulb encounter
  • Use an Incense – Morelull encounter
  • Catch 15 different species of Pokemon – Magmar encounter
  • Hatch 4 EggsDedenne encounter

Completion Rewards: Alolan Raichu encounter, 3,000 XP, and a Festival of Lights Avatar T-Shirt.

Pokemon Go players will need to complete these tasks before Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 8 PM (local time) to claim the completion rewards.

On top of Tadbulb and Bellibolt’s debuts in Pokemon Go, players can also find shiny Morelull and shiny Shiinotic for the first time in the mobile game. What’s more, a second Avatar T-Shirt is debuting in the Item Shop, but players will need to spend some PokeCoins to get it.
