Press the ‘A’ button on reaching the yellow Downloadable Content banner box in the bottom-right corner of the menu.
Continue pressing ‘A’ a few more times till item details appear on your screen.
Highlight “New Uniform Set” and press ‘A’ two more times to claim the seasonal uniforms for your in-game avatar.

This Set includes uniforms for spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and they will differ for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet players.

In addition, you can use these uniforms in the Indigo Disk DLC as well.
