You can get Poltchagest in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC by catching it from around the bamboo groves near the Reveler’s Road in Kitakami Island.
Players should note that Poltchageist has two forms in the game: Counterfeit Form and Authentic/Masterpiece Form. You can get Authentic Sinistcha in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC by going inside the cave located at the bottom of the Timeless Woods on the map and collecting the Masterpiece Teacup to evolve Authentic Poltchageist.
Players should note that there will be a sleeping Snorlax at the entrance of this cave and you can avoid battling it by walking right past it and into the cave. However, if you are riding on Koraidon/Miradon, Snorlax will engage in a battle with you.
