You can get Goodra in Pokemon Go by evolving a Goomy to Sliggoo with 25 Candy, and then Sliggoo to Goodra with 100 Candy. While evolving Sliggoo to Goodra, you should be close to a PokeStop with a Rainy Lure Module active.

Goomy is one of the rarest species but here’s how you can get it:

• Catching it from the wild. It can be found more easily during windy in-game weather.
• Hatching it from regular and Adventure Sync 10km Eggs, as well as 7km Eggs from Mateo.

The best PvP moveset for Goodra in Pokemon Go is Dragon Breath with Draco Meteor and Aqua Tail.

Dragon Breath is one of the best PvP Fast Moves in general and Goodra makes full use of it with STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus). Since it’s quite bulky, it can tank hits and use the insanely powerful Draco Meteor to KO most of its opponents.

Remember that Draco Meteor costs a whopping 65 energy and nerfs the Attack stat by two stages, so use it only when the opponent no longer has shields, preferably toward the end of the battle. If you still have teammates left, switch out Goodra after using Draco Meteor.

Aqua Tail costs only 35 energy and is Goodra’s cheapest move, allowing it to bait shields. While Aqua Tail is the go-to second Charged Move along with Draco Meteor in the Master League, Goodra can instead use its Community Day move, Thunder Punch, in the Great League and Ultra League.

The best PvE moveset for Goodra in Pokemon Go is Dragon Breath paired with Draco Meteor.

While Goodra’s relatively low Attack stat doesn’t make it as strong as other Pseudo Legendaries and it lacks a bit since Dragon Breath is not the ideal Dragon-type Fast Move for Raids, it still packs a solid punch with the sheer power of Draco Meteor, boasting 150 damage.
