To complete the Evacuation Question task in Fort Narith, you’ll have to head into Fort Narith and bring back the UNLRA orders you find about the civilians in that region. Once you have acquired the necessary intel, simply hand it over to Artisan to complete the task.

Evacuation orders location in Gray Zone Warfare

You can find the official evacuation orders in Gray Zone Warfare by heading over to the Barracks region in Fort Narith and moving into the building at coordinates 141, 131. Now all you have to do is move into room A-112 and grab the official orders from the table near the window.

Once done, bring it back to Artisan to complete the quest.
