Epic Games introduced wild animals in LEGO Fortnite as a way to gather precious resources that are needed to survive different biomes. Here’s how to tame them and get them into your farm.

LEGO Fortnite lets you explore huge randomly generated maps and create your village. But you’ll need food and other materials to upgrade your base, especially if you’re an adventurer who isn’t scared of engaging with hostile creatures.

Animals are great food sources that produce valuable items that you’ll need to craft or prepare other materials. While you can find them in different biomes walking freely, it’s better to get them in an animal pen close to your farm so you can get the resources they drop faster.

If you want to know how to lure wild animals into enclosures close to your farm, here’s what you need to know to tame them in LEGO Fortnite.

LEGO Fortnite: How to get animals into your farms

You can lure friendly animals in LEGO Fortnite to get unique resources and fertilizer. While they aren’t going to follow you around, you can domesticate them by gathering them in a pen.

You can also build your enclosure after luring the animals close to your village.

To do so, you’ll need first to build an enclosure where you’d like to put them. After doing so, you can lure them by dropping different types of food on the ground. They will follow the trail of food you leave behind, but keep in mind that they won’t follow you if you are holding the item.

Here’s the list of friendly animals you can gather to start your animal farm in LEGO Fortnite:

After dropping their food and making a trail into your pen, you’ll be able to interact with them daily for them to give you some produce. Keep in mind that you can do the same with hostile animals, such as wolves, but they will attack you after finishing the food you left on the ground.

Do note that some users have stated that after logging out from their accounts, their LEGO Fortnite world resets, and their farm animals respawn elsewhere. We’ll keep you updated on any official news Epic Games have to say about this.
