How to upgrade a village in LEGO Fortnite: All biomes requirements

Stephanie Zucarelli
LEGO Fortnite Village

LEGO Fortnite encourages players to create their villages and recruit characters to help gather materials and explore the map. But they’ll need to upgrade their villages to get more villagers and new recipes, so here’s what you need to do to level it up in LEGO Fortnite, including all the required materials.

LEGO Fortnite players have to survive on randomly generated maps and build their own villages to get useful recipes and resources. These towns are also helpful for surviving enemy attacks and other environmental hazards that can easily eliminate users.

Upgrading villages is an excellent way to start recruiting NPCs, who’ll help you craft tools and gather resources to go out on different adventures. What’s more, upgrading villages in different biomes unlocks different recipes. However, each biome will require different materials, so keep that in mind.

If you want villagers to stay in your town and help you with chores, here’s what you need to do to improve your village level to satisfy their needs.

LEGO Fortnite: How to upgrade your village

If you want to upgrade your village in LEGO Fortnite, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Build a Village Square. This will be unlocked after building a campfire and a simple shack, and you’ll need to gather 10 Wood and 10 Granite.
  2. After you build your Village Square, interact with it to enter the Village Hub.
  3. To upgrade your Village, you’ll need to fill the bar in the top right corner of the screen. You can do that by building new structures, Utilities, or meeting new villagers.
  4. After filling your Village upgrade bar, you should return to the Village Square and open the hub.
  5. Press on the “Upgrade Village” button that is right next to the “Village Hub” title bar.
