Epic Games have introduced a plethora of bizarre Exotic weapons in every Fortnite chapter, but players can’t seem to forget a couple of long-vaulted kits that they wish to return to the next seasons. Here’s what the Fortnite community has been talking about.

Fortnite has a large history of introducing some of the whackiest weapons ever seen, all of them usually part of limited-time events and seasons. While Epic Game choose to unvault them from time to time for Weekly Challenges, there are some that players claim to have changed their playstyle forever.

While fans are currently struggling to counter the Ballistic Shield and having a blast with the Lock On Pistol, one of the weapons they can’t forget is the Shadow Tracker. Introduced in Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 5, this Exotic version of the Suppressed Pistol fires automatically and temporarily marks an opponent’s location to every member of a team.

The Shadow Tracker can still be tested in Fortnite Creative mode.

“Tried them in Creative. Shadowtracker had High DPS, Next to no recoil, Super fast reload time, Tolerably big magazine, Silenced, and marked enemies,” commented Redditor ‘Truthwatcher1.’

Other Fortnite players are partial to the Heisted Accelerant Shotgun, claiming it to be the “pinnacle combat shotgun.” The Shotgun wasn’t only fully automatic, but also granted players a Pepper Effect and increased the weapon’s fire rate up to 50%.

“The win percentage in games where I had that gun equipped was massively above my normal win rate,” said Redditor ‘RyvalHex.’ Sadly, the Heisted Accelerant Shotgun was vaulted in Fortnite Chapter 4: Season OG.

Despite having a plethora of options, Reddit’s Fortnite community praised a particular weapon that was labeled as “most iconic:” the Chug Cannon. Similar to the Bandage Bazooka, firing the Chug Cannon lets players heal themselves or other friendly players, and its ammo regenerates passively while in the inventory.

“I wish they would have never vaulted it. I feel like it’s one of the most balanced weapons/items in the game because it’s just perfect. It takes 2 slots, has 5? Charges that regen not too quickly but not too slow, you can heal yourself and another teammate while close or heal a teammate if they’re far,” said Redditor ‘Fragrant_Spirit9776.’
