Farming Uber bosses for Unique items has been a trend since Season 2, and Echo of Varshan is one of the most powerful bosses in the game. However, you will need to collect a few items before summoning him and the Blackened Femur is one of them.

How to farm Blackened Femur in Diablo 4
You can get Blackened Femur by either completing Whispers of the Dead quests or by transmuting several items and making one in Diablo 4. Taking on Whisper bounties has always been a pretty profitable venture for many players and you can get more Uber boss mats this way.
Blizzard EntertainmentHowever, keep in mind that this item will only be available in World Tier 3 and 4 so make sure to change your World level before heading off to farm Blackened Femur. Besides, Blackened Femur is also not a guaranteed drop as Whisper bounties provide any of the four Malignant parts.
Make sure that you kill the occasional Grosteque Debtors that appear during Whispers of the Dead quests to get an additional chance of acquiring this item in Diablo 4. However, don’t feel bad if you are constantly getting other Malignant parts as there’s a way to use them as well.
You can Trasmute the extra Malignant parts in your inventory and make Blackened Femur at an Alchemist in any of the town hubs in Diablo 4. The recipe for making Blackened Femur at the Alchemist is:
