Diablo 4 has an interesting Transmog system, but that does not affect the Uniques that are already there in the game. Players have expressed their opinion that the Unique gear in the game should have a unique look.

Diablo 4 has a lot of Uniques in the game, and there are multiple ways in which players can get the items. However, at this point, these items don’t have any cosmetics that are completely exclusive to them.

While the developers have made a considerable number of changes to the Uniques and how they drop. Not only that, in a recent patch, the developers introduced a way through which players could craft these items in the game.

On that note, ‘Hyperion_43’ took to Reddit to express what they felt about the Unique gear appearance in the game. They said that Unique gear in Diablo 4 should have its own look and not look like other skins in the game.

Players agreed with what the OP had to say about the Unique items in Diablo 4, and one of them commented, “Shh you’re asking way too much.”

Redditor ‘LiquidOutlaw’ replied, “The fact that Tempest Roar isn’t some crazy wolf headdress makes me immeasurably sad.” Another player said, “Only if you pay for them! Art is for the rich.”

Players also named some Unique items in Diablo 4 that looked bad. ‘Rolandxkalib’ mentioned, “I agree, Shako specifically is a real buzzkill.”

‘ConsciousFood201’ drew parallels between Diablo 4 and Destiny 2. They said, “Destiny sells cosmetics that change the look of exotics. Not sure why these guys would pass on something like that. Not encouraging more cosmetics but they sure seem to love them.”

With the Diablo 4 1.3.3 update set to go live on March 5, it will be interesting to see if the developers add any new cosmetics to the game along with the class changes.
